Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Monde des Parfum® we want you to love what you receive. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right. To report an issue, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.

We reserve the right to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion depending on the nature of the issue.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
Nairobi Orders: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Monday–Saturday. Delivery is handled by a third-party courier, and fees are paid on receipt. You'll receive a call from the courier to coordinate delivery. Outside Nairobi: We ship via your preferred courier. Shipping costs must be settled before dispatch. We will communicate once your order has been sent. Order processing takes 1–2 business hours after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, this may take slightly longer.

We collect only the data necessary to process your order and deliver it to you — including your name, contact details, and delivery address. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Our payment processing is handled through Pesapal, which uses secure, encrypted connections. We do not store your card or mobile money details.
