Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • Vouchers are valid for 90 days (3 months) from the date your payment is confirmed. Any unused balance expires after that.
  • We email the purchaser a reminder 30 days before a voucher with a remaining balance expires.
  • The voucher code is emailed to the recipient once payment is confirmed. Keep it safe; anyone holding the code can spend it.
  • Redeemable online at checkout, in full or partially. Any remaining balance stays on the voucher until it is spent or expires.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • Purchasing a voucher constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
