1. Navigate to one of our product pages - candles, diffusers, or fragrances.
2. Select the products you would like.
3. Click on the cart icon at the top right corner of the page.
4. Click the checkout button.
5. Fill the checkout form then click on the submit button.
6. You will be redirected to the payment page where you find several payment options - M-PESA, Airtel Money, T-Kash, Visa Card, and Master Card.
7. Once you are on the payment page, select your preferred payment option then provide the required details.
8. Authorise the payment.
9. Wait for the confirmation from Pesapal and redirect to our payment confirmation page. That’s it!
10. This payment confirmation page have the order number which you can copy or keep. We shall ask you for it in case a problem arises with your order or delivery has delayed.
We support all major mobile money options in Kenya like M-PESA, Airtel Money, and T-Kash. You may also use valid Visa or Master cards.
Absolutely, any information you submit to us is safely kept and will not be shared with anyone without your permission or a valid court order. Additionally, we only collect information that is necessary to identify you, facilitate payment, and delivery of your purchases.
First check your email for the order confirmation email. Check your spam folder too. If you have one, open it, search for the Complete Payment button and click it. You should be redirected to the payment page. If you do not find an email in the main or spam inboxes, then reach out to us via call, text message, or email so that we can send you the payment link to safely complete payment. We advise that you do this instead of initiating another order.

We set a maximum limit for each discount to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.
We ship to our customers depending on their preferences which will in turn dictate the cost of shipping. For customers within Nairobi, we offer same day delivery which you pay the courier upon receipt of the package. For those outside Nairobi, we offer to send it via your preferred courier but you have to settle the cost before we can dispatch the package.
For customers within Nairobi, after your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email and call from the courier or rider to liase delivery. For customers outside Nairobi, your preferred courier will communicate once we dispatch the package. We shall also communicate once we dispatch it.
If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact our support team via email or phone with your order number. We’ll liase with the courier and provide a resolution.
You can cancel your order any time before we disptach it to the courier or rider. To do so, please contact our support team via email or phone (Check the Contact Us section in the footer for our contacts). If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not be possible due to the sensitive nature of the products.
